Original concept for MII-KE was a presentation by Dave Campbell at Lawrence Technological University as a requirement for completion of a graduate degree program in 2013.

The current Information Technology hype is destroying businesses and exposing white collar criminals and their actions from commerce, governance and academia. This unfortunate negligence toward the people and civic responsibility has laid a foundation for an unprecedented resurgence of manufacturing investment based on immediate market needs.
